AUTHORISED HARLEY-DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE TOURS AROUND EUROPE - YPRES 2009

This short motorcycle tour not only has fabulous minor roads but it takes you to the region around Flanders which of course is a famous World War One area. You will also be riding through and stopping in some beautiful towns and villages of the area and have the chance to enjoy the local cuisine.

Day 1. Saturday April 25. Calais to Ypres (approx. 65 miles)
As we leave Calais we immediately turn on to the quiet unknown roads of northern France and Belgium. Stopping along the way and then on to Ypres where our hotel is in the town centre only 100m from the Menin Gate. Tonight you are free to eat out and there is a good choice of restaurants in the town centre.

Day 2. Sunday April 26. Ypres and return
Just stay in town and visit the museums and points of interest in this famous front-line town from World War I or we can take a short ride out around the area.

Day 3. Monday April 27. Ypres to Calais (approx. 65 miles)
We make our way back to Calais on the empty minor roads and in time to catch an early afternoon ferry back to the UK.
